Gong was, together with Smash a seminal band for andalusian rock, both due to their early work and for the path their member followed afterwards. Tele joined Triana, Manglis founded Guadalquivir and Rosa and Marinelli were in Alameda. Gong was created by musicians like Mané, Silvio and Pepe Saavedra, but it was the above line-up whoe released their two singles. They mixed blues, country and flamenco, breaking rules. They even recorded a Lpsung in English that was never released. (José M. Iñesta)
