Estructuras (Structures) es el primer álbum de Kotebel. Como su nombre indica, en este primer album se intenta sentar las bases sobre las cuales Kotebel desarrollará su proyecto. Está compuesto por siete piezas muy distintas entre sí, que abarcan estilos diferentes aunque siempre dentro del género de Rock Progresivo. Este primer album contiene pocos elementos del entorno clásico. Estructura Nº 7 es quizás la pieza que mejor representa la dirección que Kotebel pretende tomar, en cuanto a su relación con la música clásica. Este álbum es totalmente instrumental. Las líneas melódicas son presentadas por sintetizadores y flauta. Los teclados constituyen la base principal de todas las obras, con una fuerte presencia de bajo y batería. Aunque en todas las obras se trabaja a partir del desarrollo de ideas (melódicas, armónicas y rítmicas) introducidas en distintos puntos de la obra, es en Estructura Nº 5 donde se realiza un tratamiento más sinfónico de las ideas. Structures is Kotebel's first album. As it name implies, this album lays the foundation upon which Kotebel will develop its project. The album contains seven distinct pieces, which span different styles but always within the progressive rock domain. This first album has few elements from the classical world. Structure N: 7 is maybe the best example of the direction that Kotebel intends to take, in its relationship with classical music. Tha album is wholly instrumental. All melodic lines are present either by sinthesizers or the flute. Keyboards lay the foundation for all the songs, with heavy presence of drums and bass. Although the development of ideas (melodic, harmonic and rhythmic) is present in all the songs, Structure N: 5 is the piece where a longer, symphonic approach is achieved.
