Very different influences for a prog rock project born in 2003: from classics like Pink Floyd or Rush to newer ones like IQ or Porcupine Tree. In 2002, Fidel Vázquez (guitarras), David Sàez (drums, percussion), David Conillera (keyboards and vocals), met in the band Onírea. After realizing that their composition took a neat progressive accent, they decided to create a new project, inviting Jordi Planas (bass and vocals) to join. In February 2003 NEGUA had born. In July, 18th, 2003 the band debuts live. In March 2004 NEGUA made their first demo with Xavier Patricio at vocals in two tracks of that recording. Later, a new vocalist came in: Xiscu López in Juny 2004. Then, they began recording their first CD.
