 Opinions and other informations:

The first record "Haizea" was released in 1977 by the label IOIOTS-149 LS, being more folk than progressive. The second LP was Hontz Gaua, released by XOXOA 111 03, 1979, psychedelic folk, one of the jewels of european progressive psychedelic. (Germán)

Basque progressive folk of the label Elkar. Great balance between electric and acoustic guitars, and male and femal voices. Txomin Artola released some other records with Xoxoa: "Olaxta" with own and traditional songs was previous to Haizea. "Belar hostoak", personal and intimist, very similar to the first of Haizea; "Ttakun ttakun" (1979) Very good folk-prog; and others. He also has a series of 3 records with Amaia Zubiria named "Folk Lore Sorta I, II and III" (1991-92). "Hontz Gaua" has been reissued in 2004 by Guerssen Records. (Antoni, Guerssen Records).
