Translation engineering and open-source software are the two basic concepts on which is based Prompsit Language Engineering, a technology-based company founded by an interdisciplinar group of linguists, translators and computer engineers who collect part of the know-how created by the Transducens research group in the Department of Computer Languages of the University of Alacant.
